Five minutes a day keeps weight gain at bay
I'm skeptical that it's really this easy----but an article in the Toronto Star.com discusses a study about the effect of exercise and menopausal weight gain. I'll keep this post short today so I can go do a weight workout!
I do believe that exercise is a great weapon to fight against menopause weight gain. Thanks for stressing that.
