OK, a little off topic, but not really---since
this article from the Richmond TimesDispatch.com talks about how women do not build huge muscle mass even when they lift weights (people look at me horrified when I tell them I take testosterone---tiny amount----it has really helped with building strength in my back---I injured it in a car accident years ago). I do two light weight workouts per week (via circuit training), I need to bump it to three.
