Foster a yes on health care
Check out this article from the Chicago Sun-Times....paragraph 4 in particular.....some insurance company denied a woman coverage because menopause is a pre-existing condition!
If you haven't already done so----appeal! I did with BC/BS of NY, and after 13 months of wrangling, they finally agreed to pay 60% of the cost of my hormones---it's not a lot, but at least it's something.
I submitted all my costs for my BHRT to Blue Shield of California and they were all denied. I spent $10,700 in 2009 for my treatment.
