Bask in the sunshine to beat the blues
No sunshine here today in Charlotte (that's ok, the rest of the week and through the holiday weekend it's supposed to be sunny and warm---I think it's time for me to start laying in the sun a few minutes each day!), but it's well known that you can get some of your Vitamin D from the sun. Check out this article from SyfiNews.com ----a joint study between the US and Italy finds a relationship between low Vitamin D levels and depression.
