Dark chocolate better than fruit juice?

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! I have already done a cardio workout, and this evening I am going to a seminar on the Health Benefits Of Dark Chocolate (yum!)

  1. I guess the minor risk in indulging in lots of chocolates would be tooth decay. So, it's equally important to take care of the teeth, as chocolate is one of the main culprits of staining teeth. Nevertheless, chocolate is a fun way of reducing blood pressure. Luscious and nutritious.
