Injured boomers, beware: Know when to see doctor
Gee, I wonder if they heard about my recent back "boo boo" and wrote this article? No, I'm pretty certain I am not the only one dealing with an over 50 body that I am trying to exercise, and I know without a doubt that exercise has made my back stronger and made me more mobile overall. We were actually dealing with this today in Quick Fit class ------ both my fitness instructor and one of the class participants are trying to deal with sciatica issues (and I've been there, that really hurts!)
