Estrogen dominance is one of the main causes of osteoporosis, cancer, ovarian cysts, fibroids and a host of other female problems in the U.S. Yet, we persist in prescribing synthetic hormone therapy to women, knowing full well there are better ways to deal with the problem of estrogen dominance.
