Important if you are using Zicam spray!

I just ran across this article in the Charlotte Observer---apparently the FDA has now asked consumers to stop using Zicam spray, as it can cause a permanent loss of sense of smell! Yikes. I've never used it, and as I have mentioned before on the blog, BHRT (progesterone cream) cleared my seasonal allergies completely---I have no problems during Charlotte's lengthy and nasty allergy seasons. It was a surprised, one of the many things I didn't realize were controlled by hormone balance. Take care, stay safe!
