Meditation Halves Risk of Heart Attack
Good grief-----this article is eye opening! It's from Sciencemag.org, and details a study that shows that for those who have existing coranary disease can cut the risk of another cardiac event in half by incorporating meditation and relaxation techniques into their routine. I do not have any heart problems, but this article is enough to get me back on track meditating consistently. By the way, did you know that you can download a lot of meditation podcasts free on ITunes (I love my IPod and IPhone). Just thought I would share that with you.
