Vitamin D Deficiencies Rise as Winter Arrives
I think of this almost every day now when I see the sun go down so early----winter increases the risk of Vitamin D deficiency, not only because the days are shorter, but also because the sun when it is out is not as strong, and we tend to spend more time indoors in the colder weather.
