Menopause and insomnia

Oh, believe me, from first hand experience I know how awful insomnia in menopause can be! I still struggle some with sleep issues, although I am far better now that I am hormonally balanced (I have a chronic pain issue from my back that makes sleeping tough).   1. Thanks Andrea there were definitely some good tips in the article. Keeping a glass of cold water by my bed and going to yoga a couple of times a week has helped me sleep. Of course every once in awhile I think that I'm never going to get more than a couple of hours sleep in one night. Ugh!
