Study Finds Link Between Cholesterol, Menopause

Good morning from sunny (but cold) NC------I am SO ready for spring!

Had your cholesterol checked lately? If you have, and the numbers are changing, there is now evidence that menopause may be at least part of the cause.....check out this article from KDKA.com in Pittsburgh (study was done at the University of Pittsburgh).

  1. brought my cholesterol down to 189 (from 243) after getting onto a new food regimen and introducing niacin. It's crazy how much better I feel. Niacin is a natural chelator (ask any chiropractor) ... it's a great vitamin to take on a regular basis and is actually a hormone (B3)
