10 Ways to Fight Menopause Symptoms Nutritionally
This piece was written by a dietician and she talks about 10 ways we can (naturally) reduce the effects of menopause. Some of them I do (exercise, water, and flax seed oil, I'm pretty good about fruits too, not so much veggies!) but others I need to work on. Have a great Easter weekend, everyone!

Diet plus exercise and attitude are so important when a women begins suffering from menopausal symptoms like night sweats and hot flashes. Good article...thanks.
ReplyDeleteI take flax seed oil tablets, I drink 8+ glasses of water and I eat glycemic- its not doing a thing for my hot flashes, weight gain etc- but,,,,,,,, QUITTING DIET PEPSI And all caffeinated drinks HAS made the pain in my joints stop!
