Psychotherapy Goes From Couch To Yoga Mat
Check out this article from Time Magazine, I enjoyed reading it. I know without a doubt regular exercise improves mood (I'm living proof). I don't do a lot of yoga, as it tends to bother my back and hip (especially lying on the floor), but I try to meditate on a regular basis (and need to try harder!) Have a great weekend, everyone!
