Cool Jams
No, it's not some 80's rock group! Cool Jams are nightwear designed to wick away perspiration and keep you cool if you suffer from night sweats. That was one of the few menopausal symptoms I DIDN'T have, but for those who deal with it, it's a nightmare (no pun intended). Here's the link to check them out!

I just had the opportunity to try them out. And I have to admit was impressed. While I still woke up with a flash I had way less moisture build up than with my regular cotton gown.
